BalancedED recently organized a cultural salon titled:
“The STEAM Education Model – Success Stories, Challenges, Learning Outcomes, and Sustainability Mechanisms.”
The event brought together renowned international and local experts, educators, and students to discuss the STEAM model’s impact, share success stories, and explore innovative strategies for sustaining high-quality learning environments.
Key participants included:
* Dr. Tricia Meredith, Assistant Research Professor and Director of Research, FAU College of Education.
* Dr. Pilar Taylor, Director of the Stiles-Nicholson STEM Teacher Academy, FAU.
* Mr. Bassam El Shammaa, Egyptologist and Historian.
* Dr. Essam Mohamed & Dr. Soha El-Zalabany, American University in Cairo.
* Mr. Akira Watanabe, representing Japan’s Surala EdTech Company.
